With over sixty years  of experience in Aikido he shares his views on the above topic, warm-ups with Karate style kicks and punches, daily runs,full contact training, read about what he went through under the direction of Kenshiro Abbe Sensei and Ken Williams Sensei at the famous "Hut Dojo". The Kenshiro Abbe Memorial Event 2005 - was the greatest Budo event ever held in the UK.

All the Budo Arts were represented by the `` Last of the Few `` surviving direct students of Kenshiro Abbe Sensei.

The organizing committee were pleased that Mr Don Bayney had accepted our invitation to display some of the beautiful authentic weapons from the Samurai era of Japan.
